If a sound system has been automatically installed by Windows then using the manufacturer's installation disc may also install Stereo Mix. If you can install a second card then there is a good chance it will have this facility.
These cards have many options but I do not think this may be used with RX/TX, not without VAC and an extra soundcard. On the "Monitor Mixer" tab the Mixer Inputs "WavOut (or selected input) should have "Stereo Link" ticked and the slider raised to the top. ALL inputs then go to the mixer as stereo pairs. On the M-Audio control panel select "Monitor Mixer" in the Patchbay/Router. In the SDR program select the input used, send the audio to "M-Audio Multi". Note that soundcard SDRs must use a different card for the IQ input. Set the digimode program to the input of that card and select Stereo Mix in the soundcard mixer. Set the SDR program "RX Output (Speaker)" to the card with Stereo Mix. This is said to be often available but hidden. For passing audio in one direction from one program to another:- Many soundcards have a "Stereo Mix", "What You Hear" "Listen to this device", maybe some other name in their mixer settings.
